Hello! It’s been a while since I last wrote a blog post. We’ve slowly been getting used to a new lifestyle since the UK went into lockdown 6 weeks ago due to Covid19. I filmed a vlog over on Youtube if you’re interested in learning more about our daily routine.
I’m finding it’s the little pleasures that are making a big difference and helping me to stay sane throughout this unchartered territory. During the week, homeschooling and trying to get any kind of work done can be a little tricky so we’re finding that structure and routine is everything right now. This includes a little Elevenses coffee break, I’m missing my flat white fix from my local coffee shop, so I’ve become my own barista and my Nespresso machine has never been used so much! I’m slowly mastering the flat white but what’s more important is the coffee cup! I have to admit that I am a bit of a cup snob, the cup makes all the difference, I just love a nice cup/mug! I even celebrated my 100k followers on Instagram with a coffee shot! (See below) My camera roll is full of them. I’ve been posting my daily fix on Insta stories and I’ve had so much love for my latest additions which are these glass cups and saucers in the photos below.
