Just before Christmas (which seems like ages ago!) I was approached by Made.com to see if I was interested in doing a Made unboxed photo shoot. 

If you haven’t come across Made Unboxed before it’s a great concept to show how Made products look in different homes. When browsing online it’s easy to be put off a product because you’re not sure how it will look or maybe you just need styling inspiration. At Made Unboxed you can log on and take a look at that product in real homes, you can even ask a question…. Is that sofa comfy? How firm is that mattress?? It’s such a great way for customers to take inspiration from each other, plus everyone loves looking around other people’s houses right??! Head over for a snoop at the main MADE Unboxed gallery.

So, of course I was delighted to be asked and naturally when the photographer came round I answered the door with a feather duster in one hand and a Dyson cordless in the other! Is anyone’s house ever clean & tidy enough for a photo shoot?!

I know it can be tricky to shoot dark homes so I was very keen for Chris the photographer to keep the light as natural as possible. They did turn out a little brighter than I expected but I think it’s good to see the house in a different light. Hope you like the photo’s…. try not to disturb the fairies!
